Don’t think I will be first in the line for this. Not totally convinced about 3D in the first place. As time has gone on I have come to accept episodes 1-3 as part of the saga (though 2 is still pants) but do they really need to re-release this?
Why don’t they make an extension of the saga, like a 3.5 the early Darth Vader in much the same way as The Clone Wars bridges the gaps between 2 and 3?

There’s been so much written in the alternate universes surely Lucas has enough material to add to the saga instead of rehashing the same stuff over and over again..
